Jeanie Marie Buss has been an American Entrepreneur for more than twenty years. Buss is the founder and director of the Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association. Buss, a Californian native was raised with an affluent life. Jerry Buss, her father was a successful entrepreneur in real estate who was the owner of Lakers Sports and Entertainment. The couple divorced in 1972 and she began to feel emotionally neglected. In the year 19 she became the general manager for the Los Angeles Strings, a professional tennis team. Then she created her own Los Angeles Blades pro roller hockey team. She served as the head of the Great Western Forum before assuming the duties of the vice-president for the Lakers. Buss inherited her share of the Lakers by her dad in the year 2013. Five siblings of hers inherited it through a family trust. Buss was elected president of the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss is the owner of Women of Wrestling in Los Angeles which is an organization that promotes pro wrestling.
